As one of the founders of Forma Medical, Andrew Davison is currently serving as the Chairman, President and CEO. With his deep expertise in the medical device industry, he is driving the company's mission to revolutionize patient outcomes.
Andrew's impressive career spans executive roles in renowned healthcare companies, where he has excelled in strategic planning, business development, product development, sales, and operational management. His corporate resume includes: Johnson and Johnson, DePuy Synthes, Zimmer Biomet, Globus Medical and recently exited SIG Medical.

Prior to founding Forma Medical, Andrew has made significant contributions to the medical device landscape. With a proven track record of securing substantial funding and orchestrating successful exits, he has solidified his reputation as an adept driver of financial growth and business success.​

James A Gault
Founder and Vice President
​James Gault is a Founder of Forma Medical and currently holds the position of Vice President at the company. With over 10 years of experience in the Medical Device industry, he brings a wealth of expertise in Engineering and Product Development to his role.
As a Founder of Forma Medical, James played a pivotal role in the establishment and growth of the company. His entrepreneurial spirit, combined with his deep understanding of the industry, has been instrumental in shaping the company's vision and direction.
Prior to Forma Medical, James has held notable positions including roles at Globus Medical, Stryker, Medtronic, and Cambridge Consultants. These experiences have provided him with invaluable insights into the development and sales of medical devices.
As the Vice President of Forma Medical, James Gault continues to drive the company's success by leveraging his extensive experience, entrepreneurial mindset, and dedication to improving patient care.
